As of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – which lays down rules on the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons, and which applies directly to all entities that process this type of data, will apply in any Member State of the European Union.
Within the scope of this new General Data Protection Regulation, it is our intention to inform you that APCF collects the data contained in the form below. APCF is solely responsible for the processing of the same, with full respect and loyalty in compliance with the legislation in force. The data are intended exclusively to assess whether a particular candidate for membership meets the conditions to be one, as well as to enable the sending/receiving/processing of all information related to the direct or indirect activity of the APCF (e.g., dissemination of academic and scientific training). Under no circumstances will personal data be used for any other purpose or transferred to third parties. They will be kept only for as long as the membership status is maintained and eliminated up to 30 days after the termination of such status, or whenever there is a prior request from the person concerned.
